MACRO HELP
Some WorkSheets, which are generated in MS Excel, contain macros (mini programs). All the macros I have created are safe to use. The WorkSheets that have macros will not generate the various worksheets unless macros are allowed.
You need to set your macro security to allow the running of these macros.
The best option, that is the most secure option, is to be asked every time as to whether you want to allow the macro to run.
You should never run macros that do not come from a safe source.

I cannot guarantee the safety of files downloaded from other sources

When you open the file click on "Enable Content"

This warning results from a small piece of code that prevents you from being asked to save a file after you use it. This is in place to simplify the use of the WorkSheets and so you will not easily end up with a corrupted file.
Remember: The macros on this site are safe and are used to populate the WorkSheet with the questions.
